Ingredients:

Ground Dry Crunchy
  • Chia
  • Pumpkin Seeds
  • Hemp
  • Flax
  • Sesame Seed
  • Pecans
  • Buckwheat
Sunsoaked
  • Sunflower Seeds
  • Flax
  • Buckwheat
  • Amaranth

Ingredients:

Sunsoaked
  • Sunflower Seeds
  • Flax
  • Buckwheat
  • Amaranth

Directions:

Soak for 24 hour
  • 2 cups of sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup of flax
  • 1 cup of buckwheat
  • 1 cup of amaranth
  • Puree soaked ingredients like a batter/paste and add crunchy ingredients
  • Mix in ½ of Raw ALmond Butter, ½ cup of Sunflower Seed Oil & Stevia and Cinnamon, or just Cinnamon Stevia
  • Place on a pan covered with parchment paper and let it dehydrate for 24 hours
  • Flip over ½ way through

After 24 hours… ENJOY!
