A Doctor of Naturopathy is licensed by the State of CA to diagnose and provide licensed healing arts.  A Naturopath does not need a license in CA to practice naturopathy but cannot diagnose nor provide what would be considered licensed healing arts.

Our Practitioners are certified in the services they provide.  They are not licensed physicians and do not diagnose.  Having graduated from the  Southern College of Naturopathy, Shannon Eggleston holds a degree as a Naturopath vs. a Doctor of Naturopathy license from the State of California.   The services provided are considered unlicensed healing arts per the State of California.

For the few that may have contraindications (typically certain herbs), our practitioners are highly trained and knowledgeable about them. Recovery time varies based on the duration and severity of illness, as well as how closely clients follow the recommendations. Typically, it can take between 4 months to a year or more to restore health. After the consultation, the Report of Findings will provide a specific recommendation for the estimated duration needed for each individual.
