Refund & Return Policy

We want you to feel confident in every purchase you make with us. Please review our updated return guidelines for online product orders.

Returns for Unopened Products

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns on unopened, unused products within 60 days of the delivery date.

To qualify:

• The item must be in original, sealed packaging
• A receipt or order number is required
• Return must be postmarked within 60 days

Refunds will be:

• Credited to your original form of payment, or
• Issued as store credit, if preferred

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used products
• Special orders or custom items
• Program kits or bundles (e.g., Gut Restoration)
• Digital services, consultations, or testing protocols

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@naturalhealingcenter.us with:

• Your order number
• The reason for return

Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours, provided it has not shipped. After that, orders are final.
