I had seen a Rheumatologist for my arthritis. I asked him if diet would help my condition. He told me no and if I didn’t want pain medication that there was nothing he could for me.  I’ve been seeing Shannon for a little over a year now. She proved the specialist wrong. I am now on the maintenance plan and am learning something new every time I see her.  Shannon genuinely cares. ☺️
