With a background in relationship-focused leadership and team development, Natalie is guided by a long-standing personal value of wellness, which led her to explore holistic approaches to health and healing. Her work at the Natural Healing Center reflects her commitment to helping others feel safe, heard, and supported on their wellness journey.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Ecology from UC Irvine and spent several years researching marine biodiversity along the Southern California coastline, an experience that shaped her belief that wellness, like nature, depends on balance, where people thrive when supported physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
As she steps into her path as a wellness coach and client advocate, she’s focused on creating a space where individuals feel empowered to take charge of their own healing. She believes that meaningful change starts from within and that personal healing has the power to positively shape the world around us.
Grounded in her respect for nature and the interconnectedness of well-being, she approaches her work with curiosity, empathy, and care.
Fun Fact: When she’s not supporting others, Natalie enjoys traveling, road biking, creating art, and spending restorative time outdoors with her Boston terrier, Rocko.
