Stir Fried Chicken & Veggies

Ingredients:

  • 2 full boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced into strips
  • 2-3 cups any combination of chopped veggies, ie. bok choy, celery, asparagus, etc.
  • 1-2 tbsp avocado oil
  • 3 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • sea salt to taste
  • (Optional) 1 tsp sesame seed oil

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Once heated, add chicken.
  3. Stir constantly until lightly brown or chicken is cooked through.
  4. Add all vegetables.
  5. Season with coconut aminos and fish sauce.
  6. Cook everything together for 3-4 minutes, so that veggies maintain crispness.
  7. Drizzle with sesame seed oil.
