Homemade Hemp Milk

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup hemp seeds
  • 3-4 cups water (use less for creamier milk)
  • 1 pinch sea salt or Himalayan salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 whole date, pitted (Phase 2)

Directions

  • Add hemp seeds, water, salt, and any optional add-ins to a high-speed blender. Blend for about 1 minute or until the mixture seems well combined.
  • Taste test for flavor/sweetness. Add more sweeterner, salt, or vanilla as needed.
  • Pour the mixture directly into a glass serving container. Mixture does not need to be strained.
  • Hemp milk will keep in the refrigerator up to 5 days in a sealed container. Shake well before serving.
