Flax Seed Crackers

  • Soak raw flax seeds overnight in water with sea salt (can also add chia seeds).
  • Drain excess water off then place in dehydrator or cookie sheet with parchment paper (for this drain extra well so parchment paper doesn’t stick – roll out to 1/8″ -1/4″ thickness).
  • Add your choice of toppings: pine nuts, sunflower or sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, turmeric, sage, sea salt.
  • Bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour and 30 min.

*Note you may also soak with Sweetleaf Stevia (with or without the sea salt) to make a sweet cracker or cereal topped with flax seed milk (take part of the soaked flax seeds, add to blender with extra water and blend).
