Air Fryer Asian Meatballs
Ingredients
1 egg
¼ cup almond flour
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon grated ginger
3 medium green onions, finely chopped (greens and whites separated)
2 tablespoons coconut aminos
1 pound ground turkey or chicken
Avocado oil, preferanbly spray
2 teaspoons sesame oil

Optional: sesame seeds and/or fresh cilantro for topping
Directions:
Crack the egg into a medium bowl and beat with a fork. Add the almond flour, garlic, ginger, scallion whites, and coconut aminos. Mix to combine.
Add the turkey or chicken. Mix to combine, being careful not to over-mix.
Roll mixture into 16 evenly sized meatballs and place on a parchment lined sheet pan.
Spray the air fryer basket with avocad oil.
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.
Add the meatballs in an even layer, cooking in batches if needed. Cook for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway.
Alternatively, you can bake the meatballs in the oven at 400°F for 20 minutes.
