Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of cooked chicken, chopped or shredded (Tip: use rotisserie chicken from Spouts or Whole Foods to save time)
  • 2 ctocks of celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup of chopped pecans
  • 2/3 cup of homemade or Primal Kitchen Mayo
  • parsley leaves, minced to taste
  • sea salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup onion, diced (Phase 2)
  • 1/2 tsp of lemon Juice (Phase 2)
