Paleo Turkey Burgers 

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp coriander or 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 cups fresh romaine
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • (Phase 2) 1 tsp onion powder
  • (Phase 2) 2 green onions, chopped

Directions:

  1. Add the ground turkey, salt, onion powder, cumin/coriander, and green onions to a large bowl and stir to combine. Use your hands to form into burger patties.
  2. Heat the grill to medium-high heat and cook the burgers for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  3. Serve the burgers over romaine, and avocado. Pair with Primal Kitchen Mayo and a spoonful of sauerkraut.
