Simple Paleo Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups almond flour*
  • ½ cup + 2 tbsp olive oil or coconut oil
  • ¼ cup almond milk or water
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 300F.
  • Grease a loaf pan (9in by 5in) with olive oil or coconut oil.
  • Mix together all the ingredients.
  • Pour the batter into the pan and spread so that it fills the pan evenly.
  • Bake for 60 minutes.
  • Let cool, flip pan, and cut into slices with a bread knife.

*substitution: 2/3 cup almond flour and 1/3 cup pumpkin seed flour, and 1 tsp of salt
