Homemade Pesto

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup macadamia nuts or pine nuts
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 cup basil
  • sea salt to taste

Directions:

  • Using a blender or a food processor, combine all ingredients starting with the olive oil.
  • Pulse to blend all ingredients. Add a tablespoon of water to help make the consistency more liquefied if need be.
