Heavenly Raw Candy Bars

Ingredients:

• 4 cups of Raw Shredded Coconut (fine shred)
• 1 tbsp. Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
• 1/2 cup Coconut Secret Crystals
• 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Bean Powder
• 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
• 1/2 cup Raw Mesquite or Carob Powder
• 1/4 cup Maca Root Powder

Directions:

• Directions: Place shredded coconut in a blender coconut forms a butter consistency, pausing to scrapes down sides of blender occasionally. Add coconut oil and blend again until very smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend. Pour into silicon molds or in 13×9 glass baking dish. Chill until firm. If using a pan, score before batter is fully hardened. Remove from molds or pan.

Note: Do NOT use liquid extracts or flavorings as they will cause the mixture to curdle.
