Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk  
  • 6 drops or so till desired taste of liquid sweet leaf stevia
  • Add-in options: pumpkin seeds, almond butter, vanilla extract, shredded coconut  
  • Phase 2 add-in options: blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, cinnamon

Directions:

  • Mix ingredients together in glass container.
  • Refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
