Add coconut oil and boiled water to dry ingredients.
Work dough to form a ball & gel like consistency.
Place 1/2 the dough on parchment paper. Place a second piece of parchment on top of the dough. Press with your hand to flatten. Then, finish rolling dough flat with a rolling pin.
Transfer to cookie sheet with parchment paper. Then, remove top parchment paper. Repeat previous step with the other 1/2 of the dough.
Bake for 40-45min.
Turn off oven, crack oven door open and leave crackers in oven to dry.
Once crackers are dry and cool. Break into peices.
