Natural Healing Center

Clients

Is this your first visit? Here’s how to get started.

Getting Started: Initial Consultation and First Visit

Your initial consultation consists of two visits lasting up to 90 minutes each. During your first visit, you will spend approximately 30 minutes informing us of your current health and allowing us to better understand your symptoms. It is important that you have a complete list of all medications, vitamins and supplements you are currently taking. We will discuss your goals and understand what symptoms you are experiencing. We will then perform Nutritional Response Testing (a non-invasive system of analyzing the body to determine the underlying causes of a client’s symptoms) along with additional non-invasive tests for the following:

  • Scars
  • Food Sensitivities
  • Digestive Disturbances
  • Sugar Imbalances
  • Thyroid Related Challenges
  • Immune Challenges (Bacteria, Virus, Mold, Parasite, Fungus, Candida, etc.)
  • Adrenal Insufficiencies
  • Chemical and Metal Challenges
  • Electro Magnetic Fields (EMFs)
  • Computerized Heart Rate Variability (HRV) test: Watch your health score improve as you heal.
  • Computerized Heart Sound Recorder test: Observes certain types of stress on the heart’s RATE, RHYTHM, and TONE. (Optional Test)

Second Visit

We will review your Report of Findings, which details the results from your first visit tests and go over our recommendations.  We take time to answer any and all questions you may have including what is causing your symptoms.

Three Phases of Health Restoration

I. Phase One – Fine Tuning Phase:

How are your symptoms affecting you? Are they negatively impacting your job, life, and family? Are they keeping you from doing certain activities? How long has it been since you felt great and unstoppable? Many clients come to us after they have been to multiple doctors and specialists with no resolution. In most cases we work on, we are our clients’ last hope. This is a Team Effort! To address the stressors on your body and improve your overall health; we are going to work together as a team and support you.

Once you start on your initial nutritional supplement program, you will have a weekly visit in order to COMPLETELY fine tune your basic personal nutritional program. These visits are normally completed weekly to ensure proper monitoring. During this time we will also be reviewing your diet and offering you guidance in regard to any essential improvements in order to maximize your gains.

Bemer Therapy is used to increase circulation and oxygen which increases speed of healing and recovery. Only good, functional circulation ensures proper supply of nutrients and oxygen as well as proper waste removal within the body. This is fundamental for all metabolic processes. It also aids in concentration, mental acuity, stress reduction and relaxation.

II. Phase Two –  Healing & Observation Phase:

After your initial “Fine Tuning” period is completed, meaning that your nutritional program is stabilized, you will be ready to start on your next step, the “Healing and Observation Period.” This part of your healing cycle normally does not require continuing weekly visits. Indeed, most people find that optimum progress can be obtained by having a regular schedule of check-ups every other week.

During this Healing and Observation Period, we will be doing three things:

  • Monitor all your organs/areas to ensure that your body is responding appropriately to your program.
  • Adjust your program as needed while you move through this period of time to ensure maximum potential gain for you. This may or may not include changes in doses, and/or adding or deleting any particular supplement or recommendation. This will be based on what your body indicates is needed.

Occasionally during this period additional layers of concerns may show up, and further recommendations may be made which might include additional procedures that can be done in our office.

III. Phase Three – Wellness Warrior Phase:

The Wellness Warrior program provides you with monthly follow up visits that are extremely affordable, and focus on adjusting your supplement needs and fine- tuning your nutrition and is “insurance” for good health. Our Wellness Warrior Program is designed specifically to meet your needs and is the most effective way to protect and expand your health as time goes on, rather than allowing your condition to return to its former reduced health condition, which brought you here in the first place. While re-exposure to parasites, heavy metals, or chemicals is possible, we check in with you to detox any of these problems and keep you moving forward in your health naturally.

As always, our staff has one purpose – and that is to listen and support you, every step of the way.

At Natural Healing Center, we want to ensure that everyone has access to natural healing, so we offer flexible payment options and plans for all budgets. Our package pricing is very affordable when compared with higher deductibles that many insurance plans currently carry.

  • Cash, Credit Cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express & Discover)
  • HSAs & FSAs

Have questions?  Great!  We have answers.

What is Nutrition Response Testing?

Nutrition Response Testing is a non-invasive system of analyzing the body to determine the underlying causes of symptoms.  This clinically proven—and highly accurate—system provides the practitioner with bodily feedback so precise that it can open the door to safe and lasting recovery, even where everything else has failed.

How quickly will I see results?

It depends on the kind of unease and issues you currently face. Many people see results in the first weeks, especially with detoxification and nutritional changes. Read our success stories to hear reports from our clients. We do ask you to be patient and think long term about health and wellness. A good rule of thumb to consider is that you should anticipate one month of healing for every year of unease.

Are you licensed physicians?

Our Practitioners are certified in the services they provide.  They are not licensed physicians and do not diagnose.  Having graduated from the  Southern College of Naturopathy, Shannon Eggleston holds a degree as a Naturopath vs. a Doctor of Naturopathy license from the State of California.   The services provided are considered unlicensed healing arts per the State of California.

What is the difference between a Naturopath and Doctor of Naturopathy?

A Doctor of Naturopathy is licensed by the State of CA to diagnose and provide licensed healing arts.  A Naturopath does not need a license in CA to practice naturopathy but cannot diagnose nor provide what would be considered licensed healing arts.

Do you prescribe drugs or pharmaceuticals?

We do not prescribe pharmaceuticals. We believe in using only holistic care methods and natural supplements. The nutritional supplements that we carry are made from whole food and are created by reputable companies with the highest quality and ethical standards. We also practice what we teach in our own personal lives – we use these methods for our own health.

Do you accept health insurance?

We believe in providing everyone with natural health care, so we offer flexible payments plans to ensure that everyone has access to natural healing.  We accept credit cards, checks, HSAs, FSAs and payment plans. Our package pricing is very affordable when compared with higher deductibles that many insurance plans currently carry.

How long is an appointment?

The initial consultation and first appointment are each approximately 90 minutes long. Follow-up visits generally take 10 minutes or less,  and 8 min. for Bemer therapy. Extended visits, though rarely needed, are charged proportionally. To save time on your visits, write down your questions and let the practitioner know about these at the beginning of the visit.  In between visits, it is highly recommended that you take up any questions with your Patient Advocate, who is available on a complimentary basis to assist you.

How do I get started?

During your first visit, you will be asked to fill out detailed forms so we can better understand your symptoms. We ask that you bring a detailed list of all medications, vitamins and supplements you are currently taking. During this 90 minute appointment, we will discuss your symptoms and goals.
